[Rapunzel is very weirded out by the hand kiss, and it shows by the way she's standing and looking at it. What is this guy doing?

And then she hears the voice she's been waiting to here since it went away. Rapunzel turns around, and there's Eugene, scowling. But he's here.

And her face lights up, and she mumbles a quick apology to Charming, before rushing over and tacklehugging Eugene.]
