Hello, everybody!

Um, I need some help...it's not with anything bad, but I can't really do all this by myself...see, this weekend, I made pie!

A...a lot of pie. I wanted to try out new fruits and things I'd never used before. I only ever really made apple and pumpkin before. They were really the only ingredients Mother could get her hands on...I did get to make blueberry pie once! But the point is, I made pies...

I've got starfruit here...and cranberry pie, and pecan pie...strawberry pie, ground cherry pie...I didn't even know cherries could grow in the ground! They sort of look like tomatoes to me, though...but I'm sure they taste okay!

I've got a few more here that might not have worked out so good...cucumber pie, chocolate and rhubarb pie, and elderberry pie. That last one might not have cooked thoroughly, and I think the rhubarb got a bit burned...

...I think I went a bit out of control...

[Dean steps over the threshold, glancing around.]

Hey, how you doing?

I'm okay, thanks, and you? Pie's in the kitchen, if you're looking.

Okay. [He wanders into the kitchen, surprised by the sheer number of pies there.] Wow. I don't even know where to start.

Uh, well, let me get you a plate and some water or something...

[She laughs and nods, showing him the way.]

Just try not to make yourself sick, okay?

[Dean gets down a plate and a fork then starts cutting into the various pies, taking three slices to start with.]

You want some?

[He gets another plate and adds a couple of pieces of pie to it for her.]

Yeah, no problem. [He hands one plate off to her, cuts a big bite with his fork and crams it in his mouth. His expression is one of approval and he gives her a thumbs up. When he speaks his mouth is still half full despite the fact that Mary has been on him about it.] Friggin' awesome.

[She grins, before having some pie herself, making a happy noise. Mmm...pie...]

[Pie inspires a lot of happy noises and because she's making them, Dean feels less self conscious making his. Not that he ever really felt self conscious before...]

[Rapunzel smiles and relaxes in her chair, making another satisfied pie noise.]

Hell yeah. You did good. [More pie eating. He's just about done with the two slices he has and he's planning on getting another.]

Oh, I'm glad you like them! I was worried branching out with new flavors might not have worked so well, but...

...Somebody told me I should open a pie shop...I'm thinking it's not a bad idea, but I was hoping to get other opinions...what do you think?
