The 16th Sundrop [Video] [Contains Tangled Spoilers]

[A young woman with short brown hair, a chameleon on her shoulder, and a crown on her head is wandering around the fountain, looking a bit confused. It's funny, really, because she looks a lot like Rapunzel, even with the short brown hair...maybe it's the chameleon...

She sighs, frustrated, before sitting down on the edge of the fountain and looking at the chameleon.]

Well, we're definitely lost, Pascal. I told you we shouldn't have taken that shortcut of yours! Oh, Mother and Daddy are gonna be so worried...

[The chameleon goes red and squeaks in irritation, causing the girl (Who is clearly Rapunzel), to sigh again.]

Yes, I know it was my idea to give the guards the slip. But you know they worry way too much about me, I can't have fun or be myself when I go out with them! And you think so too.

[Pascal goes green again and nods.]

Besides, they scare off all the people. If I want to be a good ruler someday, I have to learn everything I can about the kingdom and its people! And the only way I can do that is going out and being with them! Besides, everybody in the city is nice, I like spending time with them...

[She sighs and frowns some more, slumping. Her crown slips a little bit.]

Well...I don't know where we are. Nothing looks familiar. I have no idea how we get back to the city, let alone the palace...I guess we should just wait...but that's booring...

[ooc: The Years That Never Were
What if Rapunzel had never been kidnapped by Gothel, or, if she had, what if she was found and brought back at a young age? What if she grew up with her real parents and was raised in the ways of royalty?

Rapunzel's personality and interests are exactly the same, she acts a little more...royalish. Pascal is still her best friend and companion. She's a little less naieve, a little more worldly, and apparently, her parents never quite got over that kidnapping attempt, so she's usually trailed by guards (which she hates).

Oh, and her hair got cut when she was younger, so its not magic. It can grow back to a normal length, but Princess Rapunzel likes her hair short.

She will not remember any of this come tomorrow.

[He stares at her a moment, trying to decide whether or not to believe her. Magic hair sounds absolutely ridiculous, but then again so does evil red demon hand. After a few minutes internal debate he reaches with his right arm to pull the left out of his pocket, as it doesn't move on it's own. The arm is red and gnarled and veiny, with a cross carved into the back of his hand. Everything about it looks completely gross and wrong.]

[She blinks. Hooo boy, that is some nasty work. Now she sort of regrets not having the magic hair anymore.]

I hope that carving isn't infected...it doesn't look broken, though...which is good.

[Worldly Rapunzel doesn't freak out about this. She runs off to the slums to learn about the dark side of her kingdom all the time.]

[She just blinks.]

It's jus'... Jus' my arm, I dunno. [Tucking the hand back into his pocket] It doesn' move, or do anythin'. S'just how it's always been.

[She shrugs. But she's not really too scared. Her hair glowed, remember?]

Well, at least it's not hurt...though, I'm worried about all those bruises and cuts you got. Have you been fighting?

[People not freaking out about my arm is WEIRD, you don't even know. But at the mention of his bruises he gets defensive again, hissing like a cat that's been splashed with water]

[UWAAAAH HAPPY SPARKLY SWEET PRINCESS IS SO NICE. PEOPLE ARE NICE WHAT IS THIS??? Eventually the staring at her in stunned silence act stops, Red turns his head away pouting (and is that a blush?).] ....Fine.

[Nods back, following her along to a place where there are bandages. Kind of quiet and embarrassed and not sure how to handle this non-brutal human interaction.]

[Shes very nice, gentle, and smiling the whole time as she gets Allen all bandaged up.]
