So...what exactly does one do at a birthday party, anyway? How does one go about throwing it?

I mean, I know that my birthday isn't until the 21st, but it's my first birthday party and I want to do it right, so that everybody has a good time. I just don't know what to do!

Pascal was surprisingly not very helpful. And he usually knows everything! But he's at a loss too...I wonder if he's ever had a birthday party. He doesn't know what day his birthday is, so he and I usually celebrate our birthday's together!

Oooh, I wonder if I should throw him a birthday party too! I should ask him if he wants one!

...I'm talking too much again, aren't I? Oh well. So, like I tried to say, birthday parties! I don't know how to plan or throw one. What do I do?

I've never had a birthday party either. If you figure out how it works, you should let people know! Or write a pamphlet about it, or something!

We could figure it out together, and then write a pamphlet. I've never written a pamphlet before.

It depends how many people are coming. How much cake can people eat in one sitting? Like, half a cake each?

I dunno! At least 3 people are coming, though. And I don't know how much cake people can eat...I can eat a lot, though, but then I get sick.

I don't know anymore, honestly. So many of the things she used to tell me don't make sense, or weren't true to begin with...

More than I ever thought. She always did everything to protect me, because she always knew best...but she never let me go outside, and it seems like every reason she had to protect me doesn't really apply outside the tower...

I don't know. She's not here for me to talk to, so I can't figure out these things either. It's weird.
